CHANGE LEADESHIP AGILITY ‘AGENT’: 1.5 Day (Open or Tailored, with the latter placing an emphasis on internal team leadership coaching) Multi-sensory, using immersion in music, theatre and film to demonstrate and practice the 3 pillars of change leadership in real-time, with the support of live coaching.

The aims of this MLA PRACTITIONER PROGRAMME are to:

Provide Owner-Entrepreneurs, CEO’s, Directors, Managers and aspiring mangers with an immersion in the 12 leadership agility practices required to take an enterprise from being good to becoming great

Focus personal and collective leadership on improving the 3 pillars of sustainable success; ‘authentic’ internal and external communications focussed on navigating change, building lasting relationships with key people and stakeholders, and exploiting knowledge creation – sharing – dissemination for continuous innovation

Product practical solutions to the real change challenges facing the organisation

Build collective leadership which can implement the improvements required

CHANGE LEADESHIP AGILITY ‘AGENT’: 3 Days (Including a 2 night retreat with experimental learning) (Opern or Tailored, wit the latter placing an emphasis on internal team leadership coaching.)

The PROGRAMME enables participants to:

Lead themselves and their team in a way which produces sustainable productivity, profitability and prosperity

Apply 12 leadership practices in an agile way, as business and people challenges emerge

Improve the management team’s capability to deliver the business purpose, strategy and goals together

Prepare an aligned leadership development-business development strategy and business growth plan which optimises the diverse people resources at your disposal

Produce a learning portfolio leading to an internationally recognised BTEC Leadership qualification (AWARD), with the opportunity to extend development using DISTANCE LEARNING for a (CERTIFICATE) or (DIPLOMA), depending on the amount of additional leadership development undertaken. Successful completion of the Diploma gives the title of Master of Change Leadership Agility.

Coaching - Mentoring


Negotiated with MLA Master, depending on the nature of the change challenge. Usually consists of 3 x 90 mins sessions spread over 1 month, and can be extended to meet addtional needs. Owner-Entrepreneurs and CEO’s can request an ‘on-call’ premium service.

YOUTH AND COMMUNITY


Leadership ‘aigility’ learning packages built into school, college and outdoor education curricula. These can also lead on to the completion of BTEC qualifications.
